Welcome to Product DIY ("the Platform"), operated by YOUXEE STUDIO ("the Company", "we", "us"), a business registered in Malaysia. By using the Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Product DIY is an AI-powered product image generation platform that provides the following services:

• Background Swap (Recontext): Upload a product image, and AI generates product ad images with new backgrounds and scenes
• Virtual Try-On: Upload a garment image and a model photo, and AI generates realistic try-on images
• AI Ad Poster: Upload up to 4 product images and a description, and AI designs a finished ad poster with typography, layout, and on-poster text
• AI Image Translator: Upload an image with text, and AI translates the text in-place across 9 languages while preserving the original layout and design

Free utility tools are also offered: Background Removal and Photo Editor (no credits consumed).

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• Each individual may register only one account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in abusive behavior

3. Credits and Billing

• New users receive 500 free credits upon registration
• Credit consumption varies by feature, quality tier, resolution, and image count — typically 35–300 credits per generation. The exact cost is shown on the generate button before each submission and is reproduced on the Pricing page
• Credits are obtained through top-ups, supporting FPX, e-wallets, credit cards, and other methods
• Once purchased, credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable to other users
• For refund details, please refer to our Refund Policy

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Images you upload must be content you have the legal right to use
• You must not upload images that infringe on others' intellectual property, contain illegal content, or violate Malaysian law
• AI-generated images belong to you and may be freely used for commercial purposes (such as e-commerce product listings)
• We will not use your uploaded images for AI model training or share them with third parties

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using this Platform, you must not:

• Upload, generate, or process content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (full prohibited content list and enforcement details) Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or abuse the Platform's API
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's services
• Impersonate others or register with false information

We reserve the right to monitor uploads and generations, restrict usage, suspend access, or terminate accounts for any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain stable service operation but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• AI generation results may vary due to model version upgrades
• We are not liable for service unavailability caused by force majeure (such as third-party service outages)
• If AI generation fails and credits have been deducted, we will automatically refund the credits to your account
• AI image generation technology is still rapidly evolving. Results may vary depending on product type, image quality, scene complexity, and other factors, and may occasionally fall short of expectations. We continuously optimize our AI models and algorithms to deliver a better experience. Thank you for your understanding and support

7. Disclaimer

• AI-generated images are for commercial display purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of a product's actual appearance
• Virtual try-on results are AI simulations — actual wearing results may differ
• The Platform is not liable for any commercial disputes arising from the use of AI-generated images
• Features marked as "Beta" are in testing phase. Beta features may produce inconsistent or lower-quality results compared to stable features. Credits consumed by Beta features are non-refundable regardless of output quality

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
