Will the AI change my product?
No. The AI is trained to preserve your product exactly — color, shape, logo, label, and any text on the packaging stay pixel-perfect. Only the background and surroundings change. This is the single biggest difference between us and generic AI image tools.
What scenes can I pick from?
9 built-in scene types: Clean white background (great for Shopee), Lifestyle (real environment), Campaign poster, Product launch, Flat lay (top-down for Instagram), Outdoor, Kitchen, Desktop / study, Kids room. Plus festival packs for CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Merdeka, and Christmas. You can also write a custom scene description.
What product categories work?
Any physical product. The AI has 10 specialized categories: footwear, apparel, bags, headwear, watches, jewelry, beauty, food packaging, electronics, and home goods. Each has 5–6 camera-angle presets the AI picks intelligently. Other products (toys, sports gear, books, etc.) work too — they fall under the AI Auto category.
How much does it cost?
Recontext costs 100 credits per pair of images at 1K resolution (50 per image). 2K is 150 per pair, 4K is 200 per pair. 4-image batches scale linearly (200 / 300 / 400 credits). New users get 500 free credits to start, and credits never expire. (Pricing context: 100 credits ≈ RM 1.00 at the standard rate.)
Can I use the photos commercially?
Yes. Generated photos are yours to use on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Instagram, your own website, and any commercial purpose. No watermarks, no attribution required.
What aspect ratios are supported?
1:1 (Shopee main listing), 3:4 (Xiaohongshu, Instagram portrait), 9:16 (TikTok / Reels / Stories), 16:9 (banners and Shopify hero), and Original (keeps the input ratio). Plus 2:3, 4:3, 4:5 for general use.
What image formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, and WebP. Maximum 10MB per image.
